Bookings for the week are available every Sunday at 12pm. If there are no available times; the forecast is rain for the week. Bookings are subject to change due to forecast changes. You will be offered to re-book a different time if this is the case!

Bring a yoga mat and water and let's get to work! This is a conditioning style workout, so be prepared to sweat! Please make sure to check the forecast before you book. There is a cap of 8 people per class. Out of respect for others and safety, please make sure to keep social distance at all times from the other participants as well as myself. We are trying our best to create a safe open space for this to happen!
